"Track is a sport comprising various competitive athletic contests based around the activities of running, jumping and throwing." The superior of the events is and always will be the 100m dash though (total bias lol)

I did track from 7th grade to 11th grade as a way to escape my family woes and now i'm hooked to the sport in a love-hate relationship that neither of us are willing to give up. The love affair grew cold in the off season and I would periodically gain 20lbs within a usual 3month period -- i began to see-saw from track fit to 20lbs over track fit.

I grew tired of the 20lbs+ me in university and decided during my freshman year summer to get back in shape because i want to be fit.
I had weight goals but I realized I'm lighter than I actually thought. I more so have a body image I want to get, the correct body image for myself. Here are my stats:

ASH: 19, Female, 5'5.5"
HW: 159lbs
LW: 130lbs (not for me)
CW: 138lbs
Ultimate Goal: Maintain weight, stay fit, and help others on their fitness journey's
